What to Expect from Reiki Training
When you train with me, you are welcomed into a supportive, grounded, and safe learning environment. Training isn’t just about theory — it’s an energetic journey. Each level includes:
- Attunements (the sacred initiation that connects you to Reiki energy).
- Practical training (hands-on practice with Reiki).
- Personal guidance (I share not only the manuals but also my lived experience of Reiki in real life).
- Spiritual development (understanding yourself, your energy body, and how Reiki flows through you).
Reiki training is deeply personal. Everyone’s experience is unique — some feel profound emotional release, others deep relaxation, and many find clarity and strength they didn’t know they had. My role is to guide you with compassion, ensuring you leave each level with the knowledge, confidence, and connection to move forward on your Reiki path.
Reiki Training Levels
Below are the three levels of Reiki training I currently offer. You can explore each to see which one feels right for you.
Reiki Level 1 – Self-Healing & Energy Awareness
- Level 1 is the foundation of Reiki training, often called the self-healing level.
- What you’ll learn:
- The history and principles of Reiki.
- How Reiki energy flows and how it can be used for healing.
- Hand positions for treating yourself and others.
- Grounding, cleansing, and basic chakra work.
- What to expect:
- You’ll receive your first attunement, opening you to the Reiki energy.
- After this, Reiki becomes a lifelong tool you can use daily for self-care and to share with family and friends.
- Ideal for: Anyone looking to support their own healing, manage stress, and connect to Reiki energy for the first time.
Reiki Level 2 – Practitioner Training
- Level 2 deepens your Reiki practice and gives you the tools to work with others on a professional level.
- What you’ll learn:
- The sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them.
- How to offer distant healing (sending Reiki across time and space).
- Working with emotional and mental healing using Reiki.
- Professional guidelines if you wish to practice with clients.
- What to expect:
- You’ll receive your second attunement, strengthening your connection to Reiki.
- You’ll practice using the symbols and experience the expanded flow of Reiki energy.
- Ideal for: Those who want to deepen their Reiki practice, support others through healing sessions, or begin offering Reiki as a practitioner.
Reiki Level 3 – Master Teacher Training
- The Master Teacher level is both a personal and professional journey. It gives you the ability to pass Reiki on to others through attunements.
- What you’ll learn:
- Advanced Reiki techniques and mastery of the symbols.
- How to prepare and guide others through Reiki training.
- Deep spiritual practices to strengthen your own connection to Reiki.
- How to hold space as both a healer and teacher.
- What to expect:
- You’ll receive multiple master-level attunements throughout the training.
- The course includes deep study, group sessions, and 1:1 guidance.
- It’s a commitment to living Reiki as a way of life, not just a healing practice.
- Ideal for: Practitioners ready to fully embody Reiki and step into teaching, guiding their own students in the future.
