• The importance of intention and focused attention.
• Learning hand positions for self-healing, and how to sense & feel energy.
• A guided meditation journey through your chakra system.
• The Five Reiki Principles that ignite change in your everyday life.

You’ll also receive 4 attunements, which open the channels of your chakra system. This is a powerful process of healing on the mind, body, and spirit, allowing you to access divine source energy that resides within.
